     Sunshine & Company works somewhat differently then other design agencies. As a freelance designer and web developer, during typical office hours you will find us working in large corporate environment. This means that we do our client's work outside office hours, during evenings and over weekends.

     When design agencies calculate their costs of creating your web site, their work is often marked-up by over 100%, which is then passed onto their client, with that client being you. While we do understand that this is the nature of business, personally, we don't need to charge those inflated prices, mainly because of our low overhead and the fact that there's No Middleman.

     That's only one benefit for working with Sunshine & Company.

 

What about service?

When you go to that fancy high-priced design agency, do you deal directly with the individual who is working on your website? You do at Sunshine & Company. Should you ever need to make quick changes, I'm the man to see.

This single page can be useful for a small business to obtain an online presence without the expenses associated with a stand-alone site. 

This single page will be custom designed to reflect the nature of your enterprise, and to promote your business in an attractive and effective manner. A single page in this fashion

  • hosted on our server with your own domain name,
  • with Optimized Graphics,
  • several external links to other sites,
  • and one email form.

Page and Design $75.00.

Hosting this single page on Sunshine's server: $1.00/month, paid on a yearly basis.

This is assuming that you have a Domain name registered and we can easily point it to our servers. For Sunshine to register and manage an available Domain name for you $49.00/year.

Email accounts are available at additional cost.

* A single page is defined as all the information that will fit on an 8½ x 11 sheet of paper, typed with a Font size of 10. This information must be supplied in electronic format, Microsoft Word is preferable. Creation of, or recreation of a company logo is not included. Graphics and text must be supplied electronically, Word format preferably. E-Commerce type of site is not available with this promotion. Java script, DHTML, Flash, and Rollovers extra.

 

 

Five-page* Website hosted on our server:

This five-page site can be useful for a small business to obtain a somewhat more comprehensive online presence then a single page, while still circumventing the expenses associated with a stand-alone site.

Your site will be custom designed to reflect the nature of your enterprise and to promote your business in an attractive and effective manner. A typical small business site of 5 pages will generally cost around $329.00.

Hosting this five-page site on Sunshine's server: $5.00/month, paid on a yearly basis.

Email addresses are available at additional cost.

This package will include a Home page, along with four subsequent pages. Creation of, or recreation of a company logo is not included. Rollover buttons are included for in-site pages only. Graphics and text must be supplied electronically. E-Commerce type of site is available at additional cost.

This price is assuming that you have a Domain name registered, and a server available, otherwise:

Sunshine & Company can arrange for the hosting of your site if needed; we work with an inexpensive hosting company. Fee's generally range less then $7.00/month for the server paid on a yearly basis. To register your Domain name and set up the server through our hosting company we charge $75.00 plus the cost of hosting and the domain. For Sunshine to manage your Domain name for you $49.00/year after the first year.

  • Additional pages - $60.00 each.
  • Basic Flash entree' - $150.00. More complicated flash designs will be priced by quotation.
  • Scanned photos - $5.00 each. (Photos sent to me via e-mail or on disk- no charge) Photos will be optimized at no additional cost. Restoration of photos will be priced by quotation.
  • Java, Java script, PERL, CGI, MYSQL, and DHTML can be incorporated, but if we need to work on the code to run on your site, you will be charge accordingly, priced by quotation.
  • Shopping carts can be set up on site. Priced by quotation.
